Compensation and Benefits Specialist

Aptean is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement the Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits module to support the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Customize the module to align with the organization's specific needs, such as salary structures, bonus plans, and benefit offerings.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data within the Compensation and Benefits module, including salary information, job classifications, and benefit plan details.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits module.
  • Generate and analyze reports from the Compensation and Benefits module to provide insights on compensation trends, benefit utilization, and cost analysis.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits module or similar compensation and benefits management systems.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, including salary structures, bonus plans, and benefit offerings.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Oracle HCM Compensation and Benefits module.
  • Solid data management and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze compensation and benefits data.
