Location: Coorg, Karnataka Salary: 55,000/- per month Perks: Housing Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hotel Procurement & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, procurement, and vendor management for our homestay/resort properties. This person will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, ordering materials, ensuring timely procurement, receiving supplies, and managing vendors. They will also conduct inventory audits and procure essential items when launching new homestay/resort properties. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: - Conduct daily inventory checks at all homestay/resort properties. - Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels. - Ensure timely replenishment of essential supplies while minimizing excess stock. - Verify the quality and quantity of received materials before accepting deliveries. - Maintain an organized inventory storage system across homestay/resort properties.
