To design, implement, and manage automation workflows, create business dashboards, generate AI-powered visuals/content, and handle social media posting. The goal is to reduce manual work, ensure real-time business visibility, and strengthen the company's digital presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Workflow Automation

  • Build end-to-end workflows using , Zapier, Google Apps Script.
  • Automate repetitive tasks (attendance, stock alerts, order reminders, follow-ups).
  • Integrate WhatsApp API (AiSensy), Google Sheets, CRM, and ERP systems.

  • Document automation flows with clear process maps.

  • Dashboard Development

  • Design Google Data Studio / Power BI dashboards for:

  • Production & quality
  • Sales pipeline & dealer cycles
  • Inventory & purchase tracking
  • Dispatch & receivables
  • Ensure dashboards update in real-time from Google Sheets/Forms.

  • Provide daily/weekly digest reports for management.

  • AI Content & Design

  • Use ChatGPT, Canva, MidJourney, or other AI tools to generate posts, creatives, and short-form content.

  • Create images, infographics, and reels explaining products, automation, and company updates.

  • Maintain a content calendar synced with business campaigns.

  • Social Media Management

  • Handle posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (manual or automated via scheduling tools).

  • Track engagement and report monthly insights.

  • Ensure brand consistency and professional look.

  • Collaboration

  • Work with Sales Coordinator for lead nurturing campaigns.

  • Work with Owner to design decision-making dashboards.
  • Train internal staff on using workflows/dashboards.

Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in , Zapier, Google Apps Script.
  • Experience in Google Data Studio / Power BI dashboards.
  • Knowledge of ChatGPT, Canva, MidJourney, or similar AI tools.
  • Strong social media handling (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Creative mindset + attention to detail.
  • Basic SQL/Excel knowledge for data handling (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time
