Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives, leveraging your expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing to enhance our market presence.

Duties

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Manage and optimize SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
  • Oversee social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate advertising sales efforts and manage budgets for various marketing initiatives.
  • Lead content marketing efforts by producing engaging copy for blogs, email campaigns, and website updates using WordPress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and enhance B2B marketing strategies.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape insights.
  • Manage e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales channels.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Monitor performance metrics across all channels to evaluate effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar position with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques including email marketing, Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools for measuring campaign success and ROI.
  • Experience in product management and budgeting within a marketing context is preferred.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
