  • Collaborate with Senior Developers to develop backend APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS framework for various functionalities including user management, challenge creation, data tracking, and crypto payouts.
  • Gain hands-on experience in building real-time data pipelines and integrating with external data sources such as fitness trackers.
  • Assist in testing and debugging backend functionalities, adhering to best practices for quality assurance.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, learning from Senior Developers' expertise, and contributing to the improvement of the codebase.
  • Support in maintaining and enhancing the existing backend codebase while following established coding standards.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and proactiveness in exploring new technologies and expanding your skillset.


Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of web development principles, including HTTP, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with the NestJS framework for building scalable and maintainable server-side applications.
  • Familiarity with backend programming languages, particularly JavaScript (Node.js).
  • Eagerness to learn about blockchain technology and smart contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in understanding system architectures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team environment.
  • Passion for creating innovative and user-friendly products.


Bonus Points:

  • Basic knowledge of DApps, the Solana blockchain and their architecture.
  • Experience in API design and development.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
