JOB DESCRIPTION Manager Agency Relationship, who will put agency relations at the core of Business and Sales.An outstanding opportunity to be a Times Digital platform and product expert and become the go to person at agencies. You will need to be an evangelist, who can maintain long term partnerships with agencies helping business and revenue grow at both sides.Position Summary:Responsibilities:- Manage relationships with planners at agencies, enabling business growth- Enable sales conversions by participating in multi-platform pitches/deals- Foster strong relationships at agencies- Onboard new and churned client business- Share monthly revenue analysis with key stakeholders at agencies- Conduct product sessions with the agency aiming at educating planners/buyers about Times Digital offerings- Mange Periodic Business Reviews- Keep abreast with competition and industry insights.Qualifications:4+ Years of experience in Agency Relations/Digital Ad Sales/Client servicing/Media PlanningRelationship with Planners and Senior executives at agenciesStrong communications and presentation skillsAbility to work in a matrix, cross-functional environmentAbility to think strategically about complex issues and to develop recommendations and action plans.Primary responsibilities are :Revenue growth, Collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersSkillsGood communication skills, Rapport building, NegotiationGood to haveAgency Connect, Digital sales background, Target oriented role4-8 years, 2+ years in digital sales preferred
