US Payroll & Benefits Specialist
We are seeking a highly-skilled and detail-oriented US Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our team based in Hyderabad, to run / support our US payroll & benefits activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in processing US payroll using ADP solutions (esp. Celergo) and a strong understanding of US benefits management.
Reporting to: CHRO (France)Remote
Key Responsibilities:
US Payroll Processing:Accurately process payroll for US-based employees using ADP’s payroll solution(s).Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements, including deductions, bonuses, and overtime calculations.Maintain and update employee payroll records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information, ensuring employee concerns are addressed promptly.
US Benefits Management:Administer US employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability, and wellness programs.Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits enrolment, changes, and claims.Coordinate with benefit vendors and brokers to ensure accurate benefits administration and resolve any issues.Stay current with US benefits laws and regulations to ensure compliance and recommend changes as necessary.
Compliance and Reporting:Ensure payroll and benefits processes comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Participate in the control and reporting of payroll, benefits, and related systems to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Employee Support:Serve as contact for US employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries.Provide excellent customer service and support to employees, addressing their concerns and questions effectively.Educate employees on payroll and benefits processes, policies, and procedures.
Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll and benefits administration.Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline payroll and benefits processes.

Comprehensive knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.Required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in processing US payroll & administering US benefits.Required:
Proven expertise in processing payroll using
ADP Celergo
solution (minimum of 3 years of experience).Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Payroll & Benefits management, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
