Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with expertise in Rest Assured, Selenium, and Java to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing automated tests for web applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery.


Responsibilities:


1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Rest Assured, Selenium, and Java.

2. Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and create test plans.

3. Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report defects to the development team.

4. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, ensuring timely resolution.

5. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.

6. Participate in code reviews, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.

3. Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

4. Extensive experience with Rest Assured and Selenium WebDriver for API and UI testing.

5. Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as TestNG, JUnit, and Maven.

6. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools, such as Jenkins or Bamboo.

7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum is a plus.
