Job Description: Legal AssociateLocation : Remote (Pune Only)Department : LegalAbout The Role:The ideal candidate will bring a solid foundation in legal research, drafting, and compliance, and will be adept at handling a wide range of legal responsibilities across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. In this role, you will support senior counsel and cross-functional teams by reviewing and drafting contracts, managing legal documentation, conducting due diligence, and providing timely legal advice to ensure the organization’s operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreementsConduct legal research on various business issuesProvide employment law guidance to internal teamsSupport regulatory compliance initiativesCreate and update legal templates and documentsAssist with intellectual property mattersHelp resolve legal disputes and mitigate risksMaintain accurate records of all legal activitiesCollaborate with business teams on legal requirementsPrepare legal opinions on diverse issuesParticipate in monthly in-person meetings at Pune officeAdvise on general corporate law matters including but not limited to CSR activitiesGeneral Requireme nts:LLB degree required3-5 years post-qualification experienceMinimum one year experience in a lawfirmStrong contract drafting and review skillsExcellent communication abilitiesSelf-motivation and ability to work independentlyReliable internet connection and home office setupKey Competencies:Analytical abilityAttention to detailLogical reasoningPersuasivenessSound judgmentAbout Atidiv: At Atidiv, we help businesses scale smarter with our tech-enabled, data-driven outsourcing solutions such as customer experience, bookkeeping, ad operations and data engineering.
