  • Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling within the construction or civil engineering industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other planning tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing schedules, resources, and project documentation.
