Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. Day-to-day tasks will include providing HR support and guidance, resolving employee issues, conducting performance reviews, and implementing HR strategies to align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Skills in Performance Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
