**Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (Sales)

Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree

Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

Salary Package: Up to ₹35,000 Take-Home (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (Sales) with a strong background in telesales, software sales, EdTech sales, or similar domains.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–8 years of proven sales experience, with the ability to drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, persuasive communication, and effective customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:


•Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and present suitable packages.


•Follow up on leads generated through outbound efforts or inbound inquiries.


•Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.


•Convert leads into successful sales through effective negotiation and relationship management.


•Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.


•Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–7 years of professional sales experience, preferably in telesales or inside sales roles.

Prior experience in software sales, EdTech platforms,

or subscription-based services is highly desirable.

Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**
