Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media & Creative Coordinator to drive our content creation, brand storytelling, and online engagement. This role blends creativity with organisational skills, offering you the chance to work closely with our founder and team to amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

  • Assist in creating and scheduling posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Write captions that reflect our brand voice and engage our audience
  • Monitor engagement and community interactions

Creative Marketing Support

  • Prepare presentations and proposals for corporate gifting and workshops
  • Source and create visual content that aligns with our luxury brand aesthetic

Website & Admin Support

  • Help update product and workshop details on Shopify
  • Assist in coordinating orders, workshop materials, and vendor communications

CRM & Client Support

  • Update client databases with accurate information
  • Support in follow-ups and basic client servicing

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook features (Stories, Reels, Insights)
  • Basic Canva/design skills
  • Excellent written communication and creative copywriting ability
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in art, design, and marketing is a plus

Location: East Delhi, India

  • Stipend: As per Industry Standard
