This Business Systems Analyst role in Hyderabad requires a blend of technical and functional expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 with a focus on Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) . The role involves managing project support, enhancements, and system maintenance in the General Ledger (GL) and other Record-to-Report (R2R) modules such as Asset Management (AM) and VAT.


Key Qualifications:


Total Experience: 7-12 years.


Relevant Experience: 4-5 years .


  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as Accounting/Finance .

  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM functional experience.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft 9.2 , specifically in the General Ledger module and other financial modules.
  • Experience with People Tools version 8.53 or higher .
  • Strong understanding of financial statements , accounting principles, and related concepts.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft Query/SQL for data extraction and analysis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Requirements gathering and configuring the PeopleSoft application to meet business needs.
  • End-user support and testing of enhancements in the production environment.
  • Collaborating in a team environment , working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management for smaller initiatives and ensuring successful implementation of project life cycle stages.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation and ensuring compliance with application modeling principles.

  • Strong communication skills for effective customer service, leading user meetings, and advising on system issues.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, ensuring solution ownership and delivery of high-quality service.
