We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Engineer to join our growing team. The Solution Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions that provide superior customer engagement experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.- Design, develop, and implement chatbot and support automation solutions using our AI-powered technology.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation or use of our solutions.- Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.- Create technical documentation and user guides.- Research and recommend new technologies that could improve the platform.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our solutions with customer systems and platforms.- Educate customers on our solutions and how they can leverage them to achieve their business objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.- 3-5+ years of experience with software engineering and product development.- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles.- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, etc.)- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Familiarity with LLMs and Generative AI is a plus.- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
