opportunity to shape the future of non-dilutive capital solutions, helping startups grow without equity dilution.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Financing Management : Lead the structuring and management of non-dilutive financing solutions tailored for startups, such as operating leases.
  • Strategy Development : Create and implement forward-thinking, asset-backed financing strategies.
  • Market Research and Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in alternative financing.
  • Portfolio Management : Oversee a dynamic portfolio of asset-backed investments, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Build and nurture strong relationships with startup founders, venture capitalists, and key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership : Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.


Qualifications:

  • Experience : 5-7 years in asset-backed financing, working capital solutions, or related fields, with a proven track record in deploying and collecting capital from startups and MSMEs.
  • Education : Chartered Accountancy or a Master’s in Finance from a top-tier institute.
  • Skills : Exceptional numerical and financial modeling skills, with a strong understanding of revenue-based financing solutions.
  • Mindset : Visionary with a long-term commitment to building a multi-fund solution for startups, aiming for a 15-20-year career path leading to partnership.


Compensation:

  • CTC : ₹35 lakhs per annum (₹32 lakhs monthly salary + ₹3 lakhs annual confirmed bonus).
  • Performance Bonus : Attractive performance-based incentives.
  • Carry and ESOP : Eligibility for carry and ESOP after 12 months in the role.
