Please visit our website: Job Description Responsibilities: Lead fit-out projects independently, overseeing quantity surveying, rate analysis, value engineering, and commercial closure for Corporate/Office projects. Manage pre- and post-contract duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, contract administration, and final accounts. Conduct feasibility studies, prepare cost plans, and manage the tendering process from pre-qualification to contract compilation. Produce and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients, interfacing with them and other consultants throughout all project stages. Perform cost risk analysis, contribute to value engineering, and negotiate final accounts. Maintain and update best practices in cost estimating based on project feedback and learning. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills. Qualifications Qualifications: in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical with proven experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably with commercial project exposure Strong knowledge of construction methods, procurement, and cost management, ideally within a consultancy environment Proficiency in estimating tools, spreadsheets, and databases Experience in managing client relationships and stakeholder communication Familiarity with Cost X software is advantageous Additional Information Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: It is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
