Role Overview The MEP Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, architects, and site teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-driven project delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee complete MEP works from project initiation to handover, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Develop and implement SOPs to streamline material procurement, billing, documentation, and quality control processes. Review and develop MEP designs, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, site engineers, and contractors for seamless integration of all MEP systems. Manage daily site activities by supervising MEP subcontractors, vendors, and technicians, ensuring timely completion as per design and safety standards. Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and bills of quantities; monitor expenses and track financial performance. Ensure adherence to all applicable codes, industry standards, and statutory regulations. Conduct routine site inspections to maintain safety and quality. Prepare monthly project progress reports, highlight risks or delays, and present updates to the Directors. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred). 8-12 years of experience in MEP project management. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and ELV systems. Experience working with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional project teams. Excellent planning, budgeting, and vendor management skills. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
