Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead the MEP team for project execution, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and building automation systems.
  • Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and workflow sequences for MEP works.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is implemented.

2. Team Management & Supervision

  • Manage, mentor, and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Allocate resources effectively and monitor daily site activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and technical meetings to ensure smooth execution.

3. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC, IS codes).
  • Review drawings, shop drawings, and installation procedures.
  • Implement quality checks, testing, and commissioning plans for all MEP systems.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and variation statements for MEP works.
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with project budget.
  • Optimize resource utilization to minimize wastage and cost overruns.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure preventive measures are in place.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory approvals.

6. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Provide progress reports, MIS, and updates to project management and client.
  • Resolve technical issues, site conflicts, and vendor-related challenges efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26, ₹88,684.46 per month
