Description

The Global Talent Supply Chain Manager will focus building supplier network across geographical locations to support the Practice in establishing delivery capability in various geographies and customer locations The major responsibilities include Supplier identification, Establishment, Strategizing engagement plans, Empanelment, Regular reviews, & Compliance Governance periodic checks Creates a vision, based upon data, for a team/business and develops scalable strategies that capture the best talent across diverse set of suppliers globally Manages weekly, and monthly reporting of Partner Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators Forecast and create staffing and investment strategies to build infrastructure and ensure partner resource capabilities meet business demand Partners with locations, operations, finance and sales teams to optimize resource requirements Influences and makes recommendations to key stakeholders and decision makers on building appropriate systems processes, and reports Is sought after for input on key decisions and implement the same Fosters strong partnership with delivery teams to ensure pipeline creation activities meet the demand Accountable to ensure the sourcing plans and meet the demand effectively at optimal cost Sets KPI benchmarks, metrics, to prioritize, meet and exceed all business SLAs Builds resource plans and calendars to execute Outsourcing and onboarding activities Manage and own, cost/hire budgets through oversight of talent acquisition, outsourcing, overhead and location costs Manage and build strategies to optimize candidate cycle time benchmark, build and foster sourcing strategies and demonstrate through data

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering / Management with over 15+ of experience in program management, talent supply chain management, consulting or high volume workforce management, partnership management experience
