You will be at the forefront of project management, supervising the allocation of vendors and meticulously handling delivery details to maintain a streamlined workflow.

Vendor Management:

Your role also encompasses managing the vendor aspect of project execution. You will build and maintain the vendor database, a critical component in ensuring reliable and efficient vendor partnerships. Additionally, you will allocate IMEI numbers to vendors, facilitating a smooth workflow and clear identification. Vendor reviews and training are integral to your responsibilities, ensuring that the vendor team is well-equipped and continually improves their performance to meet the company's high standards.

Project Planning:

Project planning is a cornerstone of your role as Project Execution Head. You will be tasked with creating projects, a task that involves setting clear objectives and assigning specific end dates for each project. IMEI Tracking:

Accurate IMEI allocation is a vital part of the project execution process. Ensuring that IMEI numbers are correctly allocated to the right projects and vendors is a core responsibility. Your role includes not only overseeing the allocation but also the critical task of reviewing and approving IMEI allocations to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

Quality Control:

Maintaining quality standards in vendor work is a significant aspect of your role. You will conduct thorough quality checks on vendor work to ensure that all deliverables meet the company's high standards. Addressing any quality issues promptly is a crucial part of your responsibilities to maintain the organization's reputation and the satisfaction of clients. Post-Recca and Supervisor Deployment:

The post-Recca phase is another critical point in the project execution process that you will manage. This includes handling the processes following the recca, ensuring that all elements align with the project's objectives. You will also manage the deployment of supervisors, a pivotal role in maintaining the project's integrity and quality. Handling and reviewing post-Recca data to guarantee project success is a key part of your responsibilities.

Vendor Reallocation and Stock Transfer:

Vendor reallocation is a dynamic part of your role, ensuring that resources are optimally utilized. Coordinating stock transfers is a critical element in streamlining the execution process. Managing IMEI numbers during vendor reallocation is another important facet of your responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the workflow.

Rejected Prints and Additional Plans:

Addressing rejected prints is a crucial task to ensure that the final output meets the company's quality standards. Your role involves meticulous checks and re-checks to correct any issues. Additionally, you will handle the approval and execution of additional plans, further enhancing the project's scope and delivering value to clients.

Client and Vendor Billing:

You will manage the complex process of execution billing, ensuring that all financial aspects of the project are accurately recorded and communicated.

Conflict Resolution:

Resolving on-field complaints is another significant aspect of your role, addressing any issues that may arise during project execution and escalating them as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and a successful project outcome.

Building a Nationwide Execution Force:

In addition to the above responsibilities, as the Project Execution Head, you will be instrumental in expanding and strengthening the execution force to serve projects across India. You will play a pivotal role in identifying talent, recruiting and onboarding skilled professionals, and providing comprehensive training to ensure a highly capable and geographically diverse team. Complete Traceability in Execution:
