About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Operation Executive to join our team. The role involves managing administrative and operational support tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping accurately.
  • Maintain and update company databases, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Support internal teams with back-end operations and coordination.
  • Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and financial records.
  • Manage emails, calls, and internal communication efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of data.
  • Collaborate with different departments for smooth workflow and task completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Back Office Executive / Data Entry / Operations role.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
