Responsibility:
  • Set up meetings with prospective clients after preliminary analysis of Companies
  • Undertaking market research and analysis
  • Preparing and producing presentation materials such as pitch books, investor collaterals (teasers and information memoranda), transaction documents, and client board notes
  • Developing, building and working on valuation materials including financial models, comparable analysis
  • Developing strong relationships with Private Equity Funds, Family offices

Requirements
  • Qualification - CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)
  • Experience of working with Indian clients (Mandatory)
  • Fast-learning, self-starters and go-getters with strategic mindsets
  • Versed with valuation, accounting concepts and financial modelling
  • Good Communication skills
  • Good Analytical & Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/ Excel/ Word) skills
