
Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Sales (QSR ):
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into franchise partners.
- Build strong relationships with potential investors and guide them through the franchise acquisition process.
- Conduct market research to identify new territories and opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with the brand team to ensure franchise marketing materials are compelling and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Real Estate Sales & Marketing:
- Drive sales of residential and commercial projects through effective marketing campaigns.
- Develop digital and offline marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Build and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and clients.
- Plan and execute events, property exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales & marketing (QSR / real estate preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple verticals and deliver results under deadlines.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
