We recently onboarded Mr. Harsha Bhogle as our strategic investor.Play Hitwicket: Android | iOSWhat you’ll be doing:- You will act as a bridge between the artists and the engineers- You will be considered a part of the art team and work closely with artists, engineers and product managers.- You’ll be working on but not limited to art production workflows, tools, pipelines, asset organization/integration and shader development.- Expected to assume ownership over any technical issues that arise on their projects and bring them to resolution.- Integrate art assets into a game without taking away either the artistic vision or going beyond the technical limits of the platform.Who we’re looking for:- Understanding and knowledge in modeling & texturing, scripting/tools development, lighting shaders, rendering & post processing.- A passion for games & effective at communicating with different audiences: artists, engineers & managers.- Expert knowledge of 2D and 3D art packages: Maya/Photoshop needed.- Advanced knowledge of Unity Game Engine.- Experience with Asset optimization challenges/techniques.- Knowledge in creating normal and specular maps, particle systems and shaders.- Setting up and maintaining the workflow of the art production, deciding which art packages/tools a studio should use, investigating new techniques, and then going ahead with implementing them.- Familiarity working and developing in a multi-platform, multi-project environment- Should have a good understanding of the fundamentals of art including visual design, shape language, color theory, and lighting- Should have good artistic skills and ability to work with technical documentation.Why Join Us:- Be part of India’s journey to build a world-class cricket game played across the globe.- Shape the visual and technical identity of a game loved by millions.- Work at the intersection of art, technology, and innovation to bring ideas to life.- Own your craft from vision to execution with complete creative freedom.- Create impact at scale in a studio that blends passion, purpose, and performance.- Join a bold, ambitious team redefining what gaming from India can look like.Perks of Joining the Dream Team:We’ll pay you in crypto (just kidding), but we definitely pay competitively.A high paced growth environment to fast-track your career trajectory.We host multiple community events & you get to be a part of the limelight.Generous ESOPs as we believe in you giving you back with the impact you’re creating yourself.
