Financial Controller

Job Title:Finance Controller Department:Finance & Accounts Location:Nanakaramguda / HyderabadCompany:Ridhira Group Reporting To:CFO / Managing DirectorRole Overview The Finance Controller will leadend-to-end financial management, compliance, and strategic financial planningfor the Group, with a strong focus on real estate project finance, cashflow control, and fund management. The ideal candidate must be aprofessional with a hardcore real estate finance background , and proven experience in managing financial operations of real estate development including townships, gated communities, villas, plotted development, high-rise, and/or luxury residential projects.Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Budgeting Create annual financial plans & projections forreal estate projects and group entities . Prepare & monitorproject-wise budgets, RERA fund planning, and cost sheet controls . Optimize spending while ensuring adherence to business strategy. 2. Project Finance & Fund Management Trackcashflows, receivables, project inflows & outflowswith real-time accuracy. Manageproject escrow accounts, RERA compliance accounts & financial structuring . Leadfund raising, bank loans, project financing, and working capital management . 3. Cost, Revenue & Margin Control Performproject profitability analysis(per tower/unit/phase). Trackprocurement cost variance, vendor payments, subcontractor billing & milestone certs . Highlight financial risks and recommend corrective actions proactively. 4. Accounts, Audit & Compliance Overseemonthly closing, financial statements, MIS reporting & consolidation . Ensure compliance withRERA, GST, Income Tax, ROC, audit standards and management controls . Liaise with internal & statutory auditors for annual and quarterly audits. 5. Sales, Customer & Collection Coordination Work closely with sales teams to trackcollections vs milestones vs agreements . Monitorpayment schedules, demand letters, interest calculations & customer ledgers . Ensure alignment between CRM, sales operations & finance systems. 6. Treasury & Risk Management Maintainshort-term and long-term treasury forecasts . Evaluate and manage financial risks withrobust controls and reporting dashboards . Suggest financial restructuring models to improve ROE & project returns. 7. Reporting & Leadership Submitweekly/monthly MISto CFO/Management (cashflow, revenue forecasts, budget utilization, project KPIs). Present financial insights forstrategic decision-making, pricing planning, and business growth .
