The company is rapidly scaling across India, partnering with leading institutions and hospitals to provide reliable, well-managed accommodation solutions. Role Overview: We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience to join us as a Financial Controller. The ideal candidate will lead the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, and timely preparation of financial reports and MIS. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the finance & accounting team to ensure accurate and timely accounting. Oversee all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements. Manage cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization. Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audits and compliance with internal controls. Review and strengthen financial processes, accounting systems, and controls. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS) and company policies. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as required. Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, audit, or financial control roles Proven experience in managing a team and leading financial operations Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial reporting Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Excel Why Join Us: Opportunity to lead the finance function in a fast-growing, tech-driven organization Dynamic, growth-oriented work environment Exposure to multi-city operations and strategic decision-making
