We're Hiring: Art Director / Sr. Graphic Designer / Design Manager

At Shades & Motion, we believe in turning ideas into visuals that inspire. We're on the lookout for a creative visionary who lives and breathes design and can lead with both strategy and aesthetics.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for detail

  • Proven experience in branding, digital campaigns, and creative storytelling

  • Ability to manage and mentor a design team

  • Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Photoshop etc.)

  • Someone who blends creativity with functionality
