Role Overview :

- Emphasis is on providing business insights and managing end to end project delivery.

- Structure analytical solution to address business objectives and problem solving.

- Translate stated or implied client needs into researchable hypotheses.

- Develop sophisticated analysis plans to test those hypotheses given data and resource availability, time, etc.

- Effectively guide the team around problem structuring and use of analytics (tools and techniques) to carry out analysis.

- Facilitate client working sessions and lead recurring project status meetings.

- Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients.

- Able to work in dual shore engagement across multiple time zones.

- Manage business uncertainty.

- Secure new opportunities within existing account relationship.

- Assess customer needs, pain points, behaviors, activation levers, headroom for growth, value propositions, etc.

- Manage day-to-day project operations, serve as the functional and domain expert on the project team to ensure that they meet client expectations.

- Provide quality oversight on deliverables prepared by the project team before submitting to client.


Brief Job Description :

- Devise innovative and actionable solutions for complex business problems.

- Own key aspects of analytical projects.

- Be responsible for building client ready visualizations based on the analysis and direct communication with the client.

- Create project plans, get buy-in from stakeholders and manage efforts against the plan.


Competencies Required :

- Proficient working knowledge of tools like Excel, SQL & Tableau is a must.

- Hands on experience in data manipulation using SQL and Alteryx tool and creating dashboards using Tableau is must.

- Knowledge and understanding of Python is good to have.

- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.

- Proficient in data handling, understanding, analysis, interpretation and articulation of results.

- Multi-tasking and prioritizing is of high importance.

- Candidates with 3+ years should have exp in stakeholder management, business transformation, team management and client management.

Responsibilities :

- Develop visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop (preferred) or any other visualization tool around campaign performance.

- Connect Power BI / Viz tool to different data sources, import data and transform data for understanding various marketing campaign performance.

- Proficient in creating complex DAX queries, bookmarks, SAS Base, Macros.

- Implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI, develop tabular/multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards using M-Query.

- Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports and to visualize various trends as per the business requirements.
