AutoCAD Experts (Architecture) & Architects
Location:
Durgapur, West Bengal
Position Overview:We are seeking skilled AutoCAD experts and Architects with expertise in design, drafting, and documentation for architectural projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of architectural detailing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Experience in U.S.-based projects and familiarity with multiple architectural software are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and Design:Develop high-quality architectural plans with precise detailing.Prepare schematic drawings, detailed drawings, and construction drawing sets using AutoCAD and Revit as per project requirements.Redlines and Markups:Execute designs following redlines and markups provided by senior architects or clients.Integration:Incorporate data and information into drawings accurately and efficiently. Project Documentation:Produce SD (Schematic Design), DD (Design Development), and CD (Construction Documents) sets using AutoCAD and Revit.Software Expertise:Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and rendering tools for project visualization and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects.Portfolio showcasing working/construction drawing sets with detailed annotations.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Candidate Profile:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar rendering tools.
Skills:Strong architectural drafting and detailing capabilities.Effective communication skills in English.Knowledge of additional tools and software is an advantage.
