Job Title: AutoCAD Experts (Architecture) & Architects


Location: Durgapur, West Bengal


Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled AutoCAD experts and Architects with expertise in design, drafting, and documentation for architectural projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of architectural detailing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Experience in U.S.-based projects and familiarity with multiple architectural software are highly desirable.


Key Responsibilities:


Drafting and Design:

  • Develop high-quality architectural plans with precise detailing.
  • Prepare schematic drawings, detailed drawings, and construction drawing sets using AutoCAD and Revit as per project requirements.

Redlines and Markups:

  • Execute designs following redlines and markups provided by senior architects or clients.

Integration:

  • Incorporate data and information into drawings accurately and efficiently.  Project Documentation:
  • Produce SD (Schematic Design), DD (Design Development), and CD (Construction Documents) sets using AutoCAD and Revit.

Software Expertise:

  • Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software like SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, and rendering tools for project visualization and documentation.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects.
  • Portfolio showcasing working/construction drawing sets with detailed annotations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, supportive team environment.


Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of professional experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar rendering tools.


Skills:

  • Strong architectural drafting and detailing capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of additional tools and software is an advantage.
