Job description
Role: Control Administrator
Experience :6+ Years
Job Location/ Work Location : Pune (Hinjewadi) and Bangalore (Ecity)
Shift : 24/7 (Open to any Shift)
Roles and responsibility :
1. Develops, implements, and provides ongoing support of key controls, control activity and departmental access requirements in conjunction with leadership including maintaining and monitoring key documents.
2. Works closely with management to identify exposure and evaluate controls relating to business objectives, process workflows, and service initiatives. Assists management in identifying mitigation techniques and assessing the adequacy of those techniques; performs analysis to identify and manage audit and control.
3. Provides facilitation and analytical support to ensure internal controls are properly aligned and implemented to ensure departments flawless service and compliance with all business partner expectations. Provides education to crew around audit and control issues in order to create awareness, education, and compliance and prepares and presents control reports to management, highlighting findings, trends, and level of exposure
4. Utilizes a variety of methods to review business objectives and process workflows as a basis for planning efforts. Identifies and analyzes complex inter-dependencies within and among business processes, and demonstrates ability to comprehend how the failure of one or more components adversely impacts the overall process and downstream stakeholders.
5. Works independently to resolve complex issues which if left unaddressed could adversely affect the department.
6.Collaborates with other division departments sharing best practices on control management and communicates control solutions effectively to all appropriate parties. Consults with Enterprise Risk Management, Information Security, Internal Audit and external Audit, Corporate Compliance, Legal, Information Technology, to strengthen the audit program.
7. Partners with department management in responding to any concerns during internal and external audits and inspections as needed.
8.Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification :
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimum three years general experience and three years industry experience. Prior contingency planning experience is a plus. Currently holds, working towards, or willingness to obtain business continuity planning certification.
Working knowledge of the financial services industry preferred
Familiarity with risk management concepts and internal control operations preferred
Experience leading cross functional/departmental projects preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent relationship management, time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and within teams.
Ability to maintain strong knowledge of applicable company and departmental business processes, policies and procedures.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Initiative, flexibility and ability to work independently
