Job Description
Our client a top financial institution is currently seeking System Analyst in their technology team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Be a team member of information Technology Department and work close across different team
Lead a development team to complete projects according to the bank standards
Conduct feasibility study for prospective projects
Manage large-scale system projects implementation / consultation
Monitor project executions, and manage constraints in terms of scope, resource, schedule, quality and risk
Liaise and serve as a facilitator between business units and development team in addressing and resolving issues
Supervise major project activities and rollout plans
Perform evaluation of software and hardware products
Comply with all application regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, access, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work
Requirements University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related disciplines
Minimum 6 years’ experience in system implementation or IT project management, preferably in banking / finance industry
Solid experience in Java and Spring Framework, MQ and JMS, REST API, SOAP, XML and JSON
Familiar with interface integration development (such as REST API design), system integrations, system automation and Microservices technologies such as K8S
Experience on DevOps or CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira)
Sound knowledge in Agile Project Management Model and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong analytical, problem solving skills
In-depth knowledge of investment product is preferable
A team player with good interpersonal skill
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
