Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between data and decision-making. The role involves gathering business requirements, analysing data, and working closely with teams to design and implement effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements.
  • Analyse data trends to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, and user stories to support project execution.
  • Support teams in solution design, feasibility analysis, and process improvement.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis for product/business strategy.
  • Assist in project management, QA testing, and change management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or similar field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Experience in writing test cases and conducting UAT.
