Summary:Computer ware (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Network and Sys Admin to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in desktop troubleshooting, networking, firewall, routers, MS O365, and GSuite. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing essential support for our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.2. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, and software issues for employees.3. Install, configure, and maintain servers and other IT equipment.4. Monitor network performance and security, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.5. Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.6. Provide technical support for MS O365 and GSuite applications.7. Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.8. Conduct regular system and network audits to ensure compliance with security policies.9. Document network and system configurations and procedures.10. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and best practices in network and system administration.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.2. 2-5 years of experience in network and system administration.3. Strong knowledge of desktop troubleshooting, networking, firewall, routers, MS O365, and GSuite.4. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.5. Familiarity with cloud computing and storage solutions.6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.7. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.9. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.10. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
