New Delhi, IndiaEssential Duties and Responsibilities:• Must provide expert guidance and oversight of the SOC personnel to ensure optimum system/network security performance and customer satisfaction• Identify security risks, threats and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications, and new technology initiatives• Understanding of Security Monitoring tools and their implementation• Experience of IPSEC implementation and review• Must be able to make security-related decisions upon the Contractual Requirements and/or Program policies and procedures• Responsible for performing Security Operations task such as: Monitoring and reporting SOC status, Security incidents, vulnerabilities, and escalation of security issues as per the Escalation MatrixMust be able to perform following activities:• Provide expert oversight in the development, testing and operation of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems, security information and event monitoring tools and software deployment tools• Conducts complex security architecture analysis to evaluate and mitigate issues• Develop complex technical and programmatic security assessments, evaluates engineering and integration initiatives, and provides technical support to assess security policies, standards, and guidelines• Develop, implement, enforce, and communicate security policies and/or plans for data, software applications, hardware, and telecommunications• Perform product evaluations, recommend, and implement products/services for network security• Validate and test security architecture and design solutions to produce detailed engineering specifications with recommended vendor technologies• Manages generation and management of security incidence tickets to ensure that security anomalies are accurately tracked end to end till final closure• Hands on experience on Cyber Security Incidents handling and Reporting• Flexible to work in any working hour (In Shift) and ok with 24*7 EnvironmentRequired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:• UG: B. Tech / B.E in Electrical Engineering/ Electronic and Communication/ Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering / Network Technology / IT / Computer Science & Engineering• Possess the following certifications: Security certifications (CCNP, CCNA, etc.), IP networking, networking protocols; including encryption, IPSec, VPNs, firewalls, proxy services, DNS, electronic mail, access control lists, current and evolving network technologies including IPv6, VOIP, QoS, wireless, etc.• 6+ Years in SOC Environment (Network Security / Cyber Security / Data Center Security)• Should have an in depth understanding of Datacenter Security Architecture, network security traffic flow, and network security device management• Knowledge of network data flows, ports, protocols and other network and application services/technologies• Knowledge of security audits/review, Gap analysis of existing implemented security solutions e.g. SIEM, Antivirus, Change control, VPN, SSL, IDS/IPS policies, Firewall• Skilled in working with security technologies, equipment and windows and Linux environment but not limited to:Hands-on experience on the following Cisco FTD and FMC, Remote VPN, F5 Load-Balancer, McAfee Endpoints Protection, DLP, Cisco IPS, Cisco ISE, RSA SecureID, SSL, SIEM technologies, NBAD CISCO Stealth watch-SNALogging in and configuring Cisco FTD, FMC, IPSec VPN, F5 Load-Balancer, Cisco ISE, McAfee, RSA etc.Loading, updating and patching devices and softwaresLoading and updating baseline security configurations on security devices• Extremely focused, attention to details, able to perform individually or in team under pressure• Analytic, Intuitive able to take initiatives for resolving issues on hand• Should be an Excellent team player and have leadership quality• Mature in working approach, process discipline• Should be skilled to work on Microsoft Excel
