The Director of Technology Innovation is responsible for driving the company's technology innovation strategy, identifying and implementing emerging technologies to improve business efficiency and competitiveness. This position requires a strong technical background, exceptional leadership skills, and innovative thinking to lead the team in developing and applying new technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy: Develop and implement the company's technology innovation strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving continuous technological improvement and innovation.

Market Research: Analyze industry trends and emerging technologies, identify potential innovation opportunities, and assess their impact on the company's business.

Project Management: Lead the planning and execution of technology innovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and achieve the expected results.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure effective alignment of technology innovation with business needs.

Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage the technology innovation team, fostering the creativity and professional development of team members.

External Collaboration: Build partnerships with universities, research institutions, and technology companies to promote technology exchange and collaboration, and access external innovation resources.

Performance Evaluation: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), evaluate the effectiveness and value of technology innovations, and provide recommendations for improvement. Knowledge Management: Promote the accumulation and sharing of technical knowledge, establish an effective knowledge management system, and foster a culture of technical learning and innovation within the organization.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Work Experience: At least 8 years of experience in technology management or a related field, including at least 3 years in a senior management position.

Required Skills:

In-depth understanding of the latest technology trends and innovative approaches, including artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple resources.
