The ideal candidate will possess a passion for visual storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in videography techniques and video editing software.This role involves capturing high-quality video footage, editing raw footage into compelling narratives, and collaborating with the creative team to produce engaging content across various platforms. The Videographer/Editor will play a pivotal role in bringing our brand's vision to life through captivating visual content.Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots to effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity.- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices to capture high-quality footage in various environments.- Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience preferences.- Enhance videos with graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to elevate the overall production value.- Collaborate with creative team members, including writers and designers to brainstorm ideas and develop video concepts that resonate with the target audience.- Stay updated on industry trends, video production techniques, and editing software advancements to continually improve skills and processes.- Manage video projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.- Maintain organized video files and archives for easy access and retrieval.- Coordinate with external vendors, talent, and locations as needed for video productions.- Assist in the development of video content strategies and contribute creative ideas for engaging storytelling across multiple platforms.Requirments:- Proven experience as a Videographer/Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing video projects across various genres and formats.- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar programs.- Solid understanding of videography principles, including composition, lighting, audio and camera operation.- Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.- Creative mindset with a passion for exploring innovative approaches to video production and editing.- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly within a team environment.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communication, or related field (preferred but not required).- Familiarity with motion graphics, visual effects and color correction techniques is a plus.
