Our mission is simple — to help our customers get it right in omni-channel retail.Role OverviewETP is seeking a dynamic Regional Account Manager / Key Account Manager to lead customer growth and retention across a defined region. The ideal candidate will be an expert in farming key enterprise accounts, driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.You will serve as the single point of contact for ongoing success and expansion of strategic accounts, helping customers maximize value from ETP’s Saa S-based retail solutions.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary relationship owner for key enterprise customers in the region.- Build and nurture executive-level engagement with customers, driving strategic alignment and business growth.- Identify and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to increase account revenue.- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.- Achieve revenue growth targets from the existing customer base.- Ensure timely collections and manage customer contract renewals.- Provide market and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support product innovation.- Lead or build the Customer Success/Account Management team in the region as required.Skills and Experience- Minimum 12 years of enterprise software sales experience, with strong account farming focus.- Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships across enterprise customers.- Experience in managing large, strategic accounts and delivering sustainable revenue growth.- Strong understanding of retail technology, e-commerce, or omnichannel solutions preferred.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about helping customers succeed.- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Why Join ETP- Opportunity to work with leading retail brands across Asia and the Middle East.- Engage in regional enterprise sales with an innovative, well-established Saa S platform.- Be part of a high-performing, customer-driven culture focused on long-term partnerships and success.Go-getters, we want to hear from youPlease send your resume to ( ) with these details:• Current fixed salary• Variable pay or OTE• Expected fixed salary• Earliest joining availabilityJumpstart your career with us today
