Job Title: MIS Team Lead -CC Location -Pune- Hinjewadi phase 1  Exp- 7+ yrs , 2-3 yr in TL Employment Type: Full-Time Shift- US Shift- 6.30pm -3.30am About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Lead – MIS (Management Information Systems) to lead our MIS team. The role involves managing end-to-end MIS reporting, data analysis, process automation, and ensuring accurate, timely, and business-driven insights for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities : Lead the MIS team and oversee day-to-day reporting, data management, and analysis. Design, develop, and deliver accurate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers for management and business stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate data collation, validation, and dissemination. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, HR, etc.) to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Develop and automate reports using advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools. Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement process improvements & automation. Provide insights on business performance, highlight trends, and support management in strategic decision-making. Train, mentor, and manage MIS team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality at all times. Key Skills & Competencies : Strong expertise in MIS reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence. Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau (or similar visualization tools). Strong understanding of data management, dashboards, and automation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong leadership & people management skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and deliver under pressure. Qualifications : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead/managerial role. Experience in handling large datasets and working in a corporate/business environment. Exposure to process automation and digital transformation initiatives preferred.
