Job Title : HCM Integration Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCM Integration Specialist with expertise in HCM data integration, specifically with knowledge of how the data integrates with time and payroll. As an HCM Integration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and seamless integration of HCM data with time and payroll systems.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HCM data integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design, develop, and implement HCM data integration solutions to ensure accurate and timely transfer of data between HCM, time, and payroll systems.

- Analyze and understand the intricacies of HCM data integration with time and payroll processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

- Perform data mapping and transformation activities to ensure compatibility and accuracy of data during integration.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and IT, to ensure successful integration and alignment of data across systems.

- Monitor data integration processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution.

- Perform data analysis to identify and resolve data discrepancies or errors during integration.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to HCM data integration processes, including technical specifications, data mapping, and transformation rules.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HCM data integration and related technologies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in HCM data integration, specifically with knowledge of how the data integrates with time and payroll systems.

- Strong understanding of HCM processes and data structures.

- Proficient in data mapping and transformation techniques.

- Familiarity with HCM systems, such as SAP HCM, Workday, or Oracle HCM.

- Experience with time and payroll systems is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
