Here’s What You’ll Do Day-to-day
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: source qualified candidates, review resumes, pre-screen candidates, create interview plans and closing strategies, while moving the interview process forward in a delightful and timely manner- Create unique strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent with a relentless focus on building representative and diverse pipelines.- Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting at XCUTIVES by challenging the status quo and providing useful suggestions for improvement.- Build trusted and long-term relationships with the candidates, hiring managers and key stakeholders.
Here’s What We're Looking For
- An Individual Contributor with 0-4+ years directly supporting IT Services Clients with in-depth expertise hiring sales, business development, account management and P&L centric sales roles- Sales and leadership hiring and/Executive search experience is highly preferred for this role- Thorough knowledge and understanding of industry hubs across North America, EMEA, APAC & Middle East pertaining to sales and executive search- Deep understanding of Sales hiring and a track record of success in closing Sales Leaders.- Experience building a diverse, representative pool of qualified candidates in a proactive, strategic manner.- Professional and versatile when sourcing, assessing, pitching, and closing a candidate at all levels.- Multitasking, disciplined, ability to handle pressure along with quick TAT and adherence to deadlines is an absolute must to succeed in this role- Passionate about ensuring a great candidate experience.- Exceptional requirements management skills, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with other team members and to work in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to work across multiple geographies would be highly preferred
Some key criteria required in order to qualify for this job
- This will be a night shift job and the timings will be 6.30 pm IST-3.30 pm IST- This will be an individual contributor role for the US and Europe geography
