We are seeking motivated and diligent entry-level sourcing recruiters to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidates will have a keen eye for identifying potential candidates and good communication skills.This role is crucial for supporting our recruiting efforts by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified resumes.

Key Responsibilities:

Resume Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, databases) to identify potential candidates.Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' basic qualifications.Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.Communication: Engage with candidates to provide information about the job roles and the company.Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the senior recruiting team.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.Experience: 06M-1 year of experience in resume sourcing or a related field.
