Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components and other Salesforce technologies. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs. Develop and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in code reviews and ensure that best practices are followed. Manage the deployment of new releases by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring that all changes are properly tested and documented. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and recommend best practices and process improvements. Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new features and functionality. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience developing Salesforce solutions and working with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II or App Builder are preferred. Experience with issue tracking software such as Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Confluence Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization. Hands-on experience with integration solutions (SOAP, REST, OAuth). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
