Job Description To design, develop, implement, and support LS Retail solutions integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central to strengthen DIL’s retail operations across KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, and other brands. The role ensures smooth POS functioning, retail system enhancements, and alignment with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Development & CustomizationDesign, develop, and customize LS Retail functionalities (POS, Back Office, Store Inventory, Loyalty, Promotions).Develop extensions, integrations, and automations within LS Central / MS Dynamics NAV / BC.Build and modify AL/CAL code as per business requirements.Create and maintain system interfaces between LS Retail, SAP, payment gateways, aggregators, delivery partners, etc.Retail Operations SupportProvide L2/L3 support for LS Retail and POS-related incidents across all DIL stores.Troubleshoot POS issues, billing failures, promotions mismatches, and data sync problems.Ensure uptime, smooth operations, and timely resolution of store-level system issues.Implementation & RolloutsParticipate in end-to-end implementation for new stores, new modules, and system upgrades.Configure LS Central modules including Store, Sales, Inventory, Pricing, Replication, and Back Office.Lead UAT sessions, prepare documentation, and ensure successful go-live.Reporting & Data ManagementCreate and maintain retail business reports (sales, discounts, inventory, voids, KPIs).Manage replication schedules, data consistency, store-wise transaction monitoring.Collaborate with SAP team for master data sync, pricing, and promotions updates.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT Infrastructure teams.Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, and new developments.Skills & Qualifications Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with LS Retail / LS Central.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central (AL/CAL coding).Knowledge of POS systems, retail workflows, and store operations.Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL queries, and database management.Understanding of replication, store data flow, and retail transaction management.Professional SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Should be able to support 24x7 retail operations (on rotational basis).Desired: Experience with promotions, loyalty, and payment gateway integrations.Preferred Experience 3–7 years of experience in LS Retail development/support. Experience in multi-store retail chains, preferably QSR or FMCG. Experience with promotions, loyalty, and payment gateway integrations.
