Position Name: LS Retail Developer – Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central || Devyani International Ltd || GurgaonTotal Work Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in LS Retail / NAV / Business CentralCTC: 15Lacs P.A.Job DescriptionTechno-functional role involving a combination of hands-on consulting, implementation, and post–go-live support and maintenance of POS and retail software solutions. The role requires active involvement in system configuration, customization, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities:- Work on LS Retail implementations, migrations, and support projects (minimum exposure to implementations and migrations required). - Develop customizations, extensions, and reports ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions. - Handle third-party system integrations with LS Retail and Dynamics platforms. - Work on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 (LS Retail) and Business Central environments. - Design and develop SSRS reports for business and operational needs. - Use AL and CAL languages for development and customization. - Work with SQL Server for data handling and performance optimization. - Conduct requirement gathering and discovery sessions and prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD). - Prepare Technical Design Documents (TDD) in line with Microsoft standards. - Support data migration activities using Excel Add-ins. - Assist in installation and configuration of NAV and Business Central. - Estimate development timelines and support delivery planning. - Follow Microsoft Sure Step methodology and Life Cycle Services (LCS) best practices. - Domain experience in Retail / POS / Hospitality will be an added advantage.Skills & Qualifications- Education: BE / B.Tech (CS/IT), M.Tech, or MCA. - Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in LS Retail / Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central. - Relevant Microsoft / LS Retail certifications preferred. - Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach. - Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams. - Good communication, project coordination, and time-management skills. - Exposure to .NET will be an added advantage.
