Position: Sales and Marketing Intern


We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Intern for 6 month's Internship with an initial stipend of Rs. 12000/- per month followed by a permanent job role offer and salary review based on performance.


Date of Joining: Immediate Joiner



Work Location: Sector 19 Dwarka, Delhi


Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for various pre-sales activities, support marketing campaigns, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in the development of strategies to generate new leads and identifying potential clients or partners.
  • Helping to build and maintain relationships with clients through networking, communication, and follow-up.
  • Providing support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, updating client databases, and assisting with sales presentations.
  • Assisting in the creation of proposals and presentations for potential clients, ensuring that they are professional and tailored to the client's needs.
  • Supporting the organization of business development events, such as Webinars, seminars etc.
  • Compiling reports and other relevant information.
  • Actively participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge of the industry, products, and business development techniques.
  • Handling various administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining files and records.



Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
