Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing/Sales Intern to join our Aviation Academy. This role is ideal for final-year students, recent graduates, or individuals with a background in business, marketing, or related fields. The intern will support our team with telemarketing, digital marketing, and sales calls, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the aviation education sector.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Final-year student, recent graduate, or above from a recognized institution with a background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.



Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing, SEO).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential students and their guardians to promote our aviation programs.
  • Provide detailed information about the courses, fees, and enrollment process.
  • Address queries and follow up with interested candidates to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring social media content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Support email marketing campaigns by drafting content, managing email lists, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for promoting our aviation academy.
  • Help with SEO efforts by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings with prospective students and partners.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential students and follow up on leads.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and report generation.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities.
  • Provide regular updates to the marketing and sales teams on progress and outcomes.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the marketing and sales managers.
