About the Department

The Continuous Improvement (CI) team is a cross-functional team that exists within one of TresVista’s product offerings – The Process Support Services (PSS). The CI Team collaborates with the different Process Support Services to identify and implement best practices, streamline workflows, and increase client function. I.e. as part of the CI Team, you will work to enhance the processes, systems, and ultimately performance of the PSS teams.


The Role & Responsibilities

  • Change Management - Driving change management across business function vis a vis implementing and sustaining a Continuous Improvement culture
  • Training and mentoring - Training employees in Six sigma methodologies thereby inculcating a culture of First Time Right, waste elimination, self RCA, and leveraging best practices
  • Process Improvement - Using six sigma tools, improve and enhance existing processes
  • Run six sigma projects - Identifying, planning and managing projects to drive business transformation
  • SOP management - Instill rigor and discipline around SOP creation and maintenance with process controls identification
  • Transition support - Supporting the TM team on process scoping, baselining, and transition
  • Best practices implementation - Partnering with leading consultants on implementation of process best practices


Experience:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years in a Continuous Improvement (CI) role with overall 10-12 years of overall experience
  • Hands on with six sigma tools (DMAIC, VSM, FMEA etc.), CI framework (Lean, Kaizen) and data analysis using Minitab
  • Strong communication and influencing skills; should have collaborated with large clients/ partners on various CI opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills


Education

  • Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Business
  • Six sigma Black Belt certification having successfully championed multiple projects with significant dollar saves


Compensation

The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
