Roles and Responsibilities-
• Manage company account for Australia/USA/UK
• Bookkeeping & Reconciliation ( XERO Accounting Software/Quickbook)
• Reporting financial to directors as required;
• Maintenance of books. (Supplier Invoice, Company related expense)
• Day to day administrative tasks.
• Check all supplier payment in and out.
• Banking and Reconciliations
• Preparation of financial statements (PL, Other Reports)
• Audit of all vouchers every month w.r.t. categorization of invoice files, purchase files, tax acknowledgement
• Complete taxation work including Audits like Tax audits, statutory Audits etc and accounting
• Other Admin Task related to company related to account
• Financial Reporting & Analysis
• Handle confidential and sensitive data/information
• Month End closing reports as per set deadlines.
• HR Management with salary payment to staff, leave management ESI, PF, Professional tax, Payroll manage of Staff
• Any other duties as directed
Skill Required:-
Bookkeeping: 2-7 years (Must)
Knowledge of online accounting software (Xero)
Must have strong English Verbal and Written communication skills
Strong critical thinking, problem solving and excellent communication skills
Innovative, proactive and a good team player would be best suited for this role
Excellent analytical skills and accuracy with numbers are standard requirements
Advanced MS Excel working, BI Reports
In-depth Knowledge of Advance Excel (v lookup, h lookup, and pivot tables, Dynamic Reports Generate Skill)
High proficiency in Fundamentals of Accounting
Well organized, can set priorities and can complete tasks within tight timeframes
Quick Learner, Honest and reliable, trustworthy, A quick and eager learner.
Comfortable working in Cloud Environment
Studied in English Medium school would be advantage.
Education :- B.com, Post Graduate (M.com / MBA Finance) , Degree in Finance and/or Accounting from a college or university .
